[09:06]<fjzvxnz-wjzc>basically, i stripped some body panels off, welded a tubular frame around it

[09:07]<fjzvxnz-wjzc>instant special construction vehicle.
[09:07]<fjzvxnz-wjzc>it had to go through 'roadworthiness tests' -- but that was bullshit
