[21:49]<gndyvx>oh wait.. you buy used gear :P
[21:49]<msxjv>haha
[21:49]<sazdn>whats a supervisor go for
[21:49]<msxjv>burn master
[21:49]<gndyvx>[Matrix]: i'd seriously get new memory for the npe
[21:49]<jygc>Scrye: in worst conditions ?
[21:49]<jygc>Scrye: I mean, during a DDoS ?
[21:49]<sazdn>64byte
[21:49]<vz2ufzzzsz>nemith: heh
[21:49]<msxjv>DDoS is a special situation for a lot of equipment heh
[21:49]<[mzvzyw]>nemith: I'm thinking a new NPE wouldn't be a bad idea.
[21:50]<vz2ufzzzsz>its in the "budget" giggle giggle
[21:50]<gndyvx>there you go
[21:50]<gndyvx>npe-g2's then ?
[21:50]<[mzvzyw]>I don't have a spare anyway
[21:50]<[mzvzyw]>and this is my only 7200 router
[21:50]<[mzvzyw]>so I'm screwed if it dies
[21:50]<gndyvx>Scrye: got a website?
[21:50]<sazdn>for?
[21:50]<sazdn>our equipment?
[21:50]<gndyvx>I got like 7 in the closet
[21:50]<gndyvx>Scrye: yeah
[21:50]<msxjv>heh, I sold my 7206VXR back in 2001 for like $7.5k
[21:50]<sazdn>im ebarassed of the website
[21:50]<msxjv>bought it for $300
[21:50]<sazdn>i'll do it for you in a privmsg
[21:51]<jygc>dshot: Nice
[21:51]<[mzvzyw]>NPE-G2 might be a bit excessive replacing an NPE-300. ;)
[21:51]<msxjv>yeah, liquidations are nice.... 2 x Aeron chairs for $100
[21:51]<[mzvzyw]>:O
[21:51]<msxjv>not so nice on the paycheck loving, but you get some first pickins at some nice shit sometimes =P
[21:52]<msxjv>if I had $4k at the time I could've got 2 x 6509
[21:52]<msxjv>fully loaded
[21:52]<vz2ufzzzsz>man, get a loan... :)
[21:52]<msxjv>still sort of heated
[21:52]<msxjv>yeah I know, I couldn't do it fast enough
[21:53]<gndyvx>[Matrix]: well at least get a 400
[21:53]<vz2ufzzzsz>totally
[22:03]<[mzvzyw]>Yeah, won't happen
[22:03]<[mzvzyw]>NPE-300's can be had for $300, NPE-400's are a lot more
[22:04]<rfv>400?
[22:04]<rfv>;-)
[22:05]<[mzvzyw]>over $2,000 for an NPE-400
[22:05]<[mzvzyw]>kinda a big price break
[22:05]<rfv>I was being facetious :"P
[22:05]<[mzvzyw]>I was being literal. :-p
[22:07]<[mzvzyw]>Damn, wonder why those 300's are so cheap.
[22:07]<[mzvzyw]>The 225's cost more...
[22:09]<gndyvx>cause they crash
[22:09]<gndyvx>or are knock-off made in china
[22:10]<vcul>such a beautiful long week end
[22:15]<[mzvzyw]>Gawd, a refurbed NPE-225 can go for as much as $3k
[22:16]<[mzvzyw]>Yet a new NPE-200 from the same retailer is $650. <.<
[22:17]<gndyvx>[Matrix]: and you can get a 300 for 300?
[22:18]<[mzvzyw]>From e-bay
[22:26]<vz2ufzzzsz>300 bucks?
[22:26]<vz2ufzzzsz>wha?
[22:26]<vz2ufzzzsz>when i was looking, it was like, add a zero
[22:26]<vz2ufzzzsz>for ebay
[22:26]<vz2ufzzzsz>:)
[22:26]<[mzvzyw]>yeah, I don't wanna know
[22:26]<[mzvzyw]>they're probably bad and/or fake
[22:26]<vz2ufzzzsz>i would vote for fake
[22:28]<scgffgvjg>hello boys
[22:30]<scgffgvjg>I speak just a little of english, need of help with subnet(vlsm)
[22:31]<vz2ufzzzsz>shoot
[22:34]<slggsgz>shoot = go ahead and ask your question
[22:34]<mw9>:)
[22:34]<slggsgz>;)
[22:35]<slggsgz>hey d14!
[22:35]<mw9>spenser; hii :)
[22:36]<scgffgvjg>then....
[22:36]<scgffgvjg>somebody can help me ?
[22:36]<slggsgz>skelleton:: you have to ask a question sooner or later
[22:36]<slggsgz>skelleton:: noone can help if you don't ask
[22:37]<msxjv>lol
[22:37]<scgffgvjg>look
[22:37]<msxjv>reading above, sorry
[22:37]<scgffgvjg>The first step is :
[22:38]<jygc>I hate cisco.com. If anyone has an up-to-date price list in hand and has 2 minutes to spend, I'll be glad if he can give me the msrp for WS-C6504E-S32-GE, PWR-2700-DC/4 and WS-C3750G-24TS-S
[22:38]<jygc>My prices are 6 monthes old
[22:38]<slggsgz>all I see is --> <skelleton> hello boys <--- and I'm not really fond of that. It kind of creeps me out.
[22:38]<msxjv>I don't have access to the pricing tool, or I would and my new reseller guys are slow to get back to me
[22:38]<scgffgvjg>1° converter the ip in binary, certain ?????????
[22:38]<vz2ufzzzsz>bah, screw that
[22:39]<vz2ufzzzsz>what are you trying to do ?
[22:39]<[mzvzyw]>http://stat.dealtime.com/DealFrame/DealFrame.cmp?BEFID=96292&acode=416&code=416&aon=484^492&crawler_Id=812186&dealId=X0FN7aMpxmylrDLHhbr2qw%3D%3D&prjID=ds&searchID=IFaj3PiaN5&Mrt=&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.infinity-micro.com%2FProdDisplay_Inter.asp%3FCatID%3D37%26ProdID%3D31314%26ExportID%3D4&DealName=%28REFURB%29%20CISCO%20NPE-300%207200VXR%20NETWORK%20PROCESSING%20ENGINE%20300&MerchantID=9486&HasLink=yes&frameId=0&category=77&AR=1&NG=2&GR=0&ND=1&PN=1&PT=0&RR=1&ST=
[22:39]<[mzvzyw]>whoa, sorry
[22:39]<vz2ufzzzsz>hahaha
[22:39]<slggsgz>skelleton:: i don't understand what you are asking.
[22:39]<[mzvzyw]>didn't realize it was that long. o.O
[22:39]<slggsgz>[Matrix]:: tinyurl.com ;)
[22:39]<vz2ufzzzsz>spenser: thats step 1 in vlsm.. :)
[22:39]<msxjv>skelleton: Converting the relevant portions to binary is always a good idea, unless you can 'eyeball' it appropriately -- but seeing you're not sure about VLSM you probably want to stick to a methodical way
[22:40]<msxjv>What are you trying to subnet out?
[22:40]<slggsgz>tabularasa:: sorry, that sentance made no sense to me. maybe I'm just tired.
[22:40]<vz2ufzzzsz>yeah, i am too.. :)
[22:40]<slggsgz>i need to get out.
[22:40]<slggsgz>disc golf time
[22:40]<msxjv>3 day weekend
