[22:56]<msxjv>24x7x4 on all production-level equipment and spares
[22:57]<msxjv>I remember a lot of business deals going down that required one side or the other proving they had that level of support

[22:58]<msxjv>Sun support, Cisco, Extreme.. all of them could get me new parts within 45 minutes
