[03:41]<rxrcr>I dunno, clinton did a fair number of stupid things, specifically made it easy to make sure every college kid runs up a credit dept, and layed the groundwork for no child left behind legislation, that while arguably does improve public school quality over all, puts the emphasis on the worst parts and not the best
