[06:27]<drvnly2>this did what i wanted: my boot console and the later text mode consoles VT1-6 got small fonts

[06:34]<f9d1z>standard soft raid would certainly be easier, but I use the fakeraid to run a windoze partition, also, so straight softraid is not quite an option

[06:51]<rryg2jww>JViz: the point of the fakeroot stuff is that the Sun JRE is distributed in a license that isn't compatible with Debian's distribution system. You must therefore go through a bunch of painful contortions.
